The trade show is over – what now? Your platform remains active! Organizers can continue sharing exciting content, and exhibitors have the chance to maintain their reach all year round with our 365 packages.
Our blueprint gives you an overview of how these packages can be structured. We differentiate between monitoring and do it yourself packages.
🔹 Monitoring Package: Our content team creates posts and events in consultation with the exhibitor, tailored to their target audience. The content is strategically prepared and published in alignment with the newsletter schedule.
🔹 DIY Package: The exhibitor receives a set number of credits to independently create and publish content.
✅ The platform stays relevant – it remains active between trade shows.
✅ Additional revenue stream – organizers gain a new source of income.

📅 Duration: Each package is valid for 12 months, regardless of the booking date.
📩 Renewal: One month before expiration, exhibitors receive a renewal notice. If not canceled, the package automatically extends for another year.
🔹 If the package is canceled, the profile remains active only if the exhibitor participated in the trade show.
🔹 Without active participation, the profile is removed – but can be reactivated at any time if the exhibitor rebooks a package.
